In mind up we read - how do
dinosaurs eat their food by Jane Yolen and we had to say if the
dinosaur was being mindful or unmindful. Then we had statements which we had to organise into mindful and unmindful actions. Below are pictures of
Mihika, Haya and Daniel with their work and their own suggestions of mindful
and unmindful actions. To end the mind up session we did a calm down listening to
relaxing music and listening to Mrs hall’s voice telling us to imagine flying
high in the sky as birds and what we might see.
